Here are the kids decorating the tree we got at the woodlot in Colorado. For the most part they did well although they did break a few ornaments, but no favorite ones - I made sure I put those up myself. The tree reaches almost to the second floor ceiling. This year's tree is taller and thinner than last years, which is about perfect for that spot in the hallway. You don't need a ladder to get to the top, just a staircase.
